Feline Rescue And No Kill (FRANK)
Feline Rescue and No Kill (FRANK) is a 501c3 non-profit, all-volunteer, no-kill cat rescue operated by a dedicated foster network. Our mission is to find loving forever homes for abandoned, abused, neglected, and surrendered cats in Eastern Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
We partner in the Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) program for feral cats and strive to educate our community on responsible pet ownership and humane treatment of animals. Each FRANK cat receives top-quality veterinary care, including spaying/neutering, deworming, vaccinations, and flea treatments. We also offer hospice care for special-needs and elderly cats, giving them love and comfort in their final days.
Adoption Events
We host pop-up events where you can meet our adoptable cats and kittens. Stay tuned for event details, and if you're interested in adopting, our screening process involves an application, a contract, and a small adoption fee. We're committed to finding forever homes for our cats and ask that any adopted animals be returned to FRANK if rehoming becomes necessary.
